- If the product delivered is manufacture defective
- If the product delivered is transit defective
- If the product delivered is wrong shipment
If customers wants to return/replace the item after receiving the right item in a good condition, customers will pay for the return shipments cost.
Returns Accepted for Below Goods:
Readymades- Kurtis, Readymade Salwars, Mens Shirts & Women’s Shirts and other Readymade items:
- Items can be exchanged for other sizes if available.
- Items should contains the tags and packages as received. Tags should not be removed.
- Items should be in the same condition as received.
- Return Shipping charges will be borne by the seller or the end customer based on the case.
Unless you received a wrong/defect shipment, below items are not eligible for returns:
Unstitched Materials, Lingerie Items, Veshtis, Lungis & other non-readymade clothing item returns not accepted.
